The information on this site

Route descriptions, water levels, driving notes and seasonal advice are written from local experience and updated when conditions change. They are a starting point, not a substitute for your own judgement on the day. Conditions in a river gorge move faster than any website, and you enter the canyon on your own responsibility.

Guided trips

On a trip we operate, the guide is responsible for route decisions and for calling off the day if the water is unsafe. You are responsible for declaring health conditions that affect walking or swimming, for bringing suitable footwear, and for following the guide's instructions in the gorge. The guide can turn back a participant who is not equipped for the route.

Insurance

We carry the licences and cover required to operate locally. That is not personal travel insurance, and it does not cover your possessions. Anything you carry into the water goes in at your own risk.

Prices and changes

Prices quoted in a reply to your enquiry hold for that booking. Prices shown on tour pages are indicative and move with the season and group size. Itineraries may change on the day for weather or road access, as set out in our cancellation terms.
